- 250ml Naked Coconut Water
- 250ml Coconut cream
- 400ml Can Coconut Milk
- Zest & juice of a lime

Step by step guide to making Coconut & Lime Sorbet
1. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a airtight container and freeze for an hour.
3. Remove the container from the freezer, the edges will now be starting to freeze, whisk the mixture to break up the mixture. Return to the freezer for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
4. Store in the sealed container in the freezer.
