- 1 x 150g pot Taste the Difference lemon curd West Country yogurt
- 3 x Taste the Difference meringue nests, roughly chopped or crushed
- 3 fresh passion fruit

- In a large bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks and then gently stir in the yogurt.
- Fold in the crushed meringues and the pulp of 2 of the passion fruit.
