- ½ cup of your favourite milk
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds, optional
- A drizzle of honey, optional

- Add Quaker Oats to a clean container or jar.
- Pour in fresh pasteurised milk (coconut/almond/cashew/rice milk is fine).
- Add a layer of blueberries and then a layer of banana slices.
