You will need
- 25g shallots, finely chopped
- 30g diced pancetta
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 450g cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce (to make seasoning mix)
- 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee premium light soy sauce

Step by step guide to making Premium fried rice
- Mix together premium oyster sauce and premium light soy sauce to make a seasoning mix.
- Stir fry diced shallots and pancetta in 2 tablespoons of oil until lightly browned; turn down the heat to medium before adding in the seasoning mix.
- Add the rice, egg and chopped spring onion to the seasoning mix, mix well and heat through, before serving.
Cook's tip: Add in a teaspoon or two of Lee Kum Kee chiu chow chilli oil to make it spicy and aromatic.
