You will need
- 4 medium free range Woodland eggs
- 150g green beans, trimmed and cut into 3cm lengths
- 250g pack British little gem lettuce, washed and shaken dry
- 225g jar Taste the Difference albacore tuna in extra virgin olive oil, drained and flaked
- ½ red onion, peeled and finely sliced
- 4 tablespoons Sainsbury's fresh French dressing
- 70g pack Sainsbury's oven baked mature Cheddar cheese & garlic croutons

Step by step guide to making French-style tuna salad
- Place the eggs in a pan of cold water, bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 8 minutes until hard-boiled. Run under cold water to cool, then shell and cut in halve.
- Meanwhile, cook the beans in a pan of boiling water for 4-5 minutes, until tender. Drain well and set aside.
- Place the lettuce leaves ina large salad bowl, add the green beans, tuna and red onion. Drizzle with the dressing, then gently toss together to combine.
- Top with the hard-boiled eggs and croutons and serve.
