You will need
- 45ml Sainsbury's lighter mayonnaise
- 60ml soured cream
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 2 red apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 200g red grapes, halved
- 1 stick celery, sliced
- 2 x 220g packs Sainsbury's be good to yourself long sliced roast chicken
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 4 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
- 28g pack Sainsbury's fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped

- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, soured cream, lemon juice and sugar until combined.
- Add the apples to the dressing along with the grapes and celery and toss to coat.
- Tear the chicken into bite-size pieces then add to the bowl, mixing together until combined. Season to taste.
- Tear the romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces and arrange on plates. Top with the chicken salad mixture and a sprinkling of walnut pieces and chopped fresh parsley.
