- 4 dollops Hellmann's light mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
- ½ tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- ½ tablespoon oregano, chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ½ tablespoon paprika
- 1kg potatoes, cut into wedges

- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic, herbs, pepper and paprika.
- Stir the wedges into the mayonnaise mixture until they are evenly coated.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden.
