  • 4 dollops Hellmann's light mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
  • ½ tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • ½ tablespoon oregano, chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • 1kg potatoes, cut into wedges

Step by step guide to making Herby mayonnaise wedges

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic, herbs, pepper and paprika.
  3. Stir the wedges into the mayonnaise mixture until they are evenly coated.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden.
