You will need

  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 orange, zest and juice
  • 1 litre ginger ale by Sainsbury's
  • Mulled wine spice kit

Step by step guide to making St Clement's punch

  1. Heat the lemon and orange zest and juice in a pan with the ginger ale and mulled wine spice kit (follow pack instructions on how much to use).
  2. Bring to the boil, then remove from the heat and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve whilst still hot. You could add cinnamon sticks or extra citrus peel to the glasses for decoration.

Cook's tip: If you want to add a bit of a kick to your punch and turn it into more of a hot toddy, add 100ml Taste the Difference whisky to the mixture.
