You will need
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 1 litre ginger ale by Sainsbury's
- Mulled wine spice kit

Step by step guide to making St Clement's punch
- Heat the lemon and orange zest and juice in a pan with the ginger ale and mulled wine spice kit (follow pack instructions on how much to use).
- Bring to the boil, then remove from the heat and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.
- Pour into glasses and serve whilst still hot. You could add cinnamon sticks or extra citrus peel to the glasses for decoration.
Cook's tip: If you want to add a bit of a kick to your punch and turn it into more of a hot toddy, add 100ml Taste the Difference whisky to the mixture.
