  • 250g strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 120g cherries, stoned and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sweetener
  • 2 bananas
  • 8 ice cubes

Step by step guide to making Strawberry and cherry smoothie

  1. Place the strawberries and cherries in a bowl and sprinkle with the sweetener. Stand for 15 minutes at room temperature, to release the juices.
  2. In a liquidiser or with a handheld blender in a large jug or bowl, purée the strawberry and cherry mixture. Add the bananas and ice and blend again. Serve in tall glasses.
