You will need
- 250g strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 120g cherries, stoned and chopped
- 1 teaspoon granulated sweetener
- 2 bananas
- 8 ice cubes

Step by step guide to making Strawberry and cherry smoothie
- Place the strawberries and cherries in a bowl and sprinkle with the sweetener. Stand for 15 minutes at room temperature, to release the juices.
- In a liquidiser or with a handheld blender in a large jug or bowl, purée the strawberry and cherry mixture. Add the bananas and ice and blend again. Serve in tall glasses.
