  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato purée
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons soft brown sugar

  1. Place the onion, garlic and the tomatoes in a deep saucepan.
  2. Add the purée, olive oil, oregano and the soft brown sugar.
