This is a fully cooked product. Check food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Preheat Oven. For best results, remove all packaging and place Parmo on a baking tray using baking paper. 12 mins, Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 6

Preheat Oven. For best results, remove all packaging and place Parmo on a baking tray using baking paper. 30 mins, Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 5

Cooking instructions: Microwave

Remove sleeve and film lid. Cook on full power. 750W - Cook for 2 mins, for each Parmo

Cooking instructions: Air Fry

Remove all packaging including tray. Place in fryer. 15 mins, Bake at 180°C for 10 mins. Crisp at 180°C for 5 mins.
