Welcome to Nectar
Collecting points really is easy
Once you've received your Nectar card, you can start collecting points every time you shop online, so long as you link it to your Sainsbury's account. It's quick and easy to do, here's how:
Online
Link your Nectar card to your online account and start collecting points* on your shopping at sainsburys.co.uk.
In store
Swipe your card whenever you shop in store to collect points* on both little and big shops.
Pump
Fill up at the pumps and collect 1 Nectar point for every litre of fuel you buy.
Bank
Collect up to quadruple Nectar points with selected Sainsbury’s products.
* Nectar points are not available on the following limited range of Sainsbury's goods and services: savings stamps, car park tickets, vending machines, cash back, postage stamps, gift vouchers, baby milk products, lottery tickets, tobacco kiosk, proprietary medicine, spirits and liqueurs, mobile phone cards and mobile phone vouchers. Points are also not available in Sainsbury's concessions or franchises. Points cannot be earned on any element of a transaction which is paid for by redeeming points. Collect 1 Nectar point per £1 on qualifying spend at Sainsbury's supermarkets and at sainsburys.co.uk in the UK. Collect 1 point per bag when you re-use any bag in Sainsbury's stores by presenting your bags to the Sainsbury's cashier at the beginning of your in store transaction. Nectar points will be collected at this rate until 23:59 on 10 April 2015, subject to the conditions outlined above.
