Excellent choice
This spread has a nice smooth taste, nothing too strong tasting just how I like my sandwich spread great to moisten but no strong tast.

The only real milk lactose free yogurt
Lovely creamy yogurt, I buy this every time. Sometimes I add a dash of Lactofree cream and berries, yum.
