CLAIMING A PRIZE: Prizes must be claimed by 30.04.18. You must retain your scratchcard to claim your prize. Winners should call the Freephone number under the scratch panel to claim their prize

SCRATCHCARD DRAW: If you do not wish to claim your prize or were not a winner, you can send your scratchcard to JS8368 Sport Relief, PO Box 704, Pinner, HA5 9PF to be received by 30.04.18 where it will be entered into a prize draw to win any unclaimed prizes. Please fill in your details on theright of the scratchcard.

 

1.     Comic Relief, registered charity 326568 (England/Wales); SC039730 (Scotland).

2.     No refunds will be given on scratchcards purchased.

3.     1,950,000 tickets will be available for sale and there is no limit on the number of tickets that may be purchased by any individual.

4.     Winners should call the Freephone number under the scratch panel by 30.04.18 to claim their prize.

5. Prizes

- 1x Maldives holiday for 2x adults for 6x nights;

- 6x £500 Virgin Experience Day gift cards;

- 10x SAMSUNG Smart 4K LED TV;

- 30x Beats EP On-Ear Headphones;

- 200x £20 Sainsbury’s Voucher.

6.     The holiday to the Maldives is for 2 adults and includes 6x nights at a Maldives Beach Villa resort at half-board. The prize includes travel insurance, return transfers to Heathrow airport, return economy flights from Heathrow, speedboat transfers from the airport to the hotel. The holiday must be taken within 1 year of the close of the promotion, excluding Christmas, New Year and UK Bank Holidays. Winners must give at least 6 week’s notices of their preferred dates of travel. All dates are subject to availability. Additional spending money and drinks are not included. Any winner under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

7.     You must book and take your Virgin Experience Day using your gift card within 9 months, so you may have a shorter time to claim at the point they are received by winners. Gift Cards may be used as full or part payment of any experience at www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk. If your experience is less expensive than the value of the voucher (£500), the difference will be held as a credit to use against any future purchase up until the expiry date of your voucher. All vouchers will state the exact date of expiry upon receiving their prize. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

6.     Prizes can only be fulfilled to UK addressees.

7.     Prizes will be distributed via a transportation or courier service that may require a signature on receipt at the stated address on the scratch card or as otherwise directed by the winner.

8.     The promoter reserves the right to replace a prize with another of identical or higher value.  There is no cash alternative.

9.     Winners who do not wish to claim their prize or were not a winner may enter a prize draw for the chance to win any other unclaimed prizes by sending in their scratchcard to the above address by 30.04.18. The prize draw will contain all unclaimed prizes. The prize draw will be conducted within 14 days of 30.04.18. Winners drawn at random resulting from the prize draw will be notified by post email or phone by 01.06.18. The winner will be given 14 days to respond to the initial winner notification.  In the event that a winner has not responded within 14 days of initial winner notification then the winner shall forfeit their prize and the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another entrant selected in the same way. All prizes won in the prize draw will be despatched within 28 days of notification.  

10.  A list of winners’ names will be available after from 01.07.18 for 2 months at www.promowinners.com/SainsburysComicRelief. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity.

11.  Scratchcards cannot be resold online.

12.  The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
