1. Who can enter The Promotion is open to people aged 16 and above resident in UK, ROI and Malta. The application is not open to employees of Kellogg Europe Trading Limited and their affiliates and subsidiaries or to their immediate families or persons living in the same household of such individuals. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the countries where the Promotion takes place. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

2. Entry details The Promotion is open between 00.01 GMT on 13th July 2015 (“Opening Date”) and 23.59 GMT on 14th April 2016 (”Closing Date”). All claims must be received by 15th April 2016. Any claims received after this date will not be accepted.

3. How to participate in the Promotion This is an online only promotion and you will need internet access to enter. There are no telephone or postal application routes. Purchase 3 of any of the following Kellogg’s Bowl promotional packs required for code redemption. Only packs carrying the promotional message are included in this promotion.

Each of the Kellogg’s Bowl Redemption packs will contain a 10-digit Unique Code printed on the inside of the pack. (“Unique Code”) Three codes are required to participate in the promotion. Each unique code can only be used once.

4. How to claim your Kellogg’s Bowl When three unique codes have been collected from promotional packs:

UK & Malta: go online to www.kelloggs.co.uk/bowls

ROI: go online to www.kelloggs.ie/bowls

Enter your three unique codes and follow the instructions to redeem your Kellogg’s Bowl; Claims must be received before 23.59 GMT on 14th April 2016.

Provide requested data including your name, surname, address that the Kellogg’s Bowl should be sent to, email address, country of residence, select your choice of a Tip n Sip bowl or Melamine bowl, your choice of design and any other required information;

Enter your payment details and pay £2/€2 postage charge, to be charged through PayPal. If your selected design is no longer available, you shall be informed upon selection and will be given the opportunity to select from a design that is available.

If your chosen bowl is no longer available Kellogg’s reserves the right to substitute this with an alternative bowl that is available. Note: It is not necessary to have/create a PayPal account to enter this promotion. Users can either pay through their PayPal account or through the methods below.

PayPal allows the use of the following card payment methods: MasterCard credit/debit card, Visa & Visa Debit card, Maestro debit card (UK/ROI), Solo debit card (UK/ROI), Discover Card (credit card), American Express (credit card). You will receive a confirmation email and your Kellogg’s Bowl will be posted to the address provided at the time of entry. Please allow a maximum of 90 days for delivery.

Please note: Kellogg’s Bowls will only be shipped within the following countries UK, ROI and Malta.

Only applications which comply with these terms and conditions (three correct codes accepted) will receive their Kellogg’s Bowl.

6. Kellogg’s cannot accept responsibility for applications which are misdirected, entered incorrectly or delayed in transmission for any reason whatsoever. Proof of application is not proof of delivery.

7. Data Protection Your personal data shall be collected solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and fulfilling the Kellogg’s Bowl and will only be kept until 3 months after the end of the Promotion.

8. Disclaimer You agree that entry into this Promotion shall be at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kellogg Europe Trading Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of www.kelloggs.co.uk/bowls and www.kelloggs.ie/bowls or the content of any sites linked to this site and assume no liability or responsibility for:

(i) any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;

(ii) any property damage of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your participation in the Promotion;

(iii) death or personal injury resulting as a direct result of entry into the Promotion, unless caused by the negligence of Kellogg Europe Trading Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents;

9. Bulk applications made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, by or via third parties or syndicates, applications by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to apply), and applications which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s applications will be disqualified and any Kellogg’s Bowl fulfilment will be void. Each entry into the promotion must be made with 3 unique codes from new promotional products. For the avoidance of doubt, 3 unique codes equals one entry. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the promotion, we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use just to participate in this promotion.

• Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this application is a violation of laws, and should such an attempt be made, promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Kellogg Europe Trading Limited reserves the right to modify the content of these Terms & Conditions with retrospective effect for the sole purpose of ensuring the good execution of the Promotion, with no detrimental effect on the participants.

Notify and take down procedure
