Italian mojito (1.5 units)
London’s most popular cocktail and a favourite on every menu across the UK, this mojito has been modernised with an authentic Italian flair.
Ingredients:
- 20ml lime juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 10ml elderflower cordial
- 8 mint leaves
- 25ml vodka
- Top up of Peroni Nastro Azzurro
Method:
- Muddle (mash) the mint leaves in a 14oz glass, add the lime juice, sugar syrup, elderflower and vodka.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Top up with Peroni Nastro Azzurro and garnish with a mint sprig.
