The sparkling Peroni Spritz

Peroni Spritz (1.7 units)

A sparkling infusion inspired by Fellini’s quintessentially Italian film La Dolce Vita. Enjoy a refreshing blend of Peroni Nastro Azzurro, orange, grapefruit and Prosecco.

Ingredients:

  • 20ml Aperol
  • 40ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 10ml of lemon juice
  • 50ml Peroni Nastro Azzurro
  • 30ml Prosecco

Method:

  1. Pour the ingredients in the order they are listed into a burgundy-style wine glass.
  2. Top up with Prosecco and Peroni Nastro Azzurro.
  3. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit.
