1. This prize draw is open to UK residents (excluding Scotland) only ({England, Northern Ireland & Wales}) aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of William Grant & Sons, Sainsbury’s or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.

2. Purchase a bottle of Glenfiddich® 12 yo 70cl malt Whisky or Glenfiddich 15yo 70cl malt Whisky or Glenfiddich IPA 70cl malt Whisky and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw: Win a trip to The Glenfiddich distillery in Scotland. The promotion opens at [00.01] on 13/12/2017 and closes at 23.59 on 02/01/2018 for receipt of all entries (UK time). All online orders must be delivered by 23:59 on 02/01/2018 to qualify.

3. No purchase necessary in NI only; NI shoppers may also enter the prize draw without making a purchase by calling the Call Centre on 0344 811 0811, quoting your Nectar card number and the code: Glenfiddich: December2017.

4. Entries are restricted to one per person for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.

5. There is one prize to win. The prize includes:
• A 2 night trip to Dufftown, Scotland for 2 people with return flights (if required) from the winner’s nearest mainland UK airport to Aberdeen and return private airport transfers in Scotland.
• The winner and guest will be responsible for making their own way to and from their home airport. If flights are not required, the prize will include transport to Dufftown from the nearest major town to the winner.
• The accommodation will be on site at the Glenfiddich Distillery or if unavailable in the Craigellachie Hotel, Speyside including breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis;
• Plus a Glenfiddich Distillery Tour for two people (including transport to and from the Distillery).

The winner and their chosen guest will be responsible for all other personal expenses, taxes (other than those related to the air transportation), ground transportation (such as taxis and buses), excess baggage, car parking charges, additional excursions and attractions, spending money, cost of beverages, additional hotel expense, travel insurance and gratuities.

All elements of the prize package must be taken as part of the same trip and the winner and the winner’s guest must travel together. All experience locations, bookings, travel (including flights), events, activities, hotels and any other goods and services forming part of the prize are subject to availability at the time of booking.

6. The prize details will be confirmed to the winner within {28 days} of being notified of their prize. The exact date of the trip will be agreed with the winner, subject to availability and the Promoter’s consent. All bookings must be redeemed within 12 months of the promotion closing. Travel is available for one year after the winner has been notified (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas and New Year (19th December 2017 – 7th January 2018), and Bank Holiday periods. Once booked, travel cannot be amended.

7. Proof of identity, age and residence may be called for before the prize is awarded.

8. All eligible transactions carried out by 23.59 on 02/01/2018 (UK time) will be entered into the prize draw.

9. The winners will be drawn at random during week commencing 23/01/2018 under independent supervision.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.

12. Winners will be notified by telephone and so entrants will have needed to have supplied a valid contact number to Nectar. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date.

13. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for
a) Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions or delayed delivery.
b) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
c) For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
d) Any circumstances that may cause the winner and/or the winner’s guest to be unable to claim the prize or to be unable to travel on the date of their booking. If a flight or hotel booking is cancelled by the winner or his/her guest, no alternatives will be issued and, for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

14. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable.

15. Winner and guest agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter and Glenfiddich, for no further consideration, and they consent to the Promoter and Glenfiddich using their name(s) in promotional material, which includes social media (and Glenfiddich’s social media).

16. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.The winner’s guest must also comply with these Terms and Conditions and must also be over the age of 18.

17. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by calling the Call Centre on 0344 811 0811, quoting your Nectar card number and the code: Glenfiddich:December2017 within 3 months of the competition close date. By entering, the winner consents to such information being disclosed upon request.
