Recreate these stylish and authentic Peroni Nastro Azzurro infusions at home.

Peroni Alla Moda (0.8 units)

A simple and elegant drink combining the clean and crisp flavours of Peroni Nastro Azzurro with citrus and sweet jam notes.

Ingredients:

  • 35ml vodka
  • 15ml Aperol
  • 2 teaspoons of rhubarb & vanilla jam, or rhubarb & ginger jam
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Dash of gomme
  • 50ml Peroni Nastro Azzurro

Method:

  1. Shake all ingredients, apart from Peroni Nastro Azzurro, and strain into a tall glass over cubed ice.
  2. Top with Peroni Nastro Azzurro and finish with a crushed ice top.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and maraschino cherry.
