Terms & conditions for the Beauty Awards 2017 Free Prize Draw on sainsburys.co.uk/BeautyAwards

Prize
There are 10 prizes. Each prize is a hamper full of shortlisted nominated products. Maximum 1 per winner

How to enter

1. To enter the competition you must be over the age of 16 and be a UK resident. Employees of Sainsbury's directly involved with this prize draw and their immediate families or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to enter this prize.

2. To enter you must enter your vote by visiting Sainsburys.co.uk/BeautyAwards between 30th August and 8th October. To enter the prize draw, users must send an email to beauty.awards@sainsburys.co.uk with their details and the reason for choosing the product that they voted for.

Entries must include the customer’s address details, email address and contact telephone number - we accept no responsibility for comments outside the rules of this prize draw.

3. Sainsbury's will pick winners at random on Friday 13th October

4. The winners will be notified via email on Friday 13th October.

5. Winners must accept their prize and give details of where to send the hamper to by 31st October. Failure to do so or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in the winner forfeiting their prize and the promoter will select another winner at random. No further compensation will be offered to any winner who fails to accept their prize.

6. Each winner will receive a hamper of this year’s shortlisted products

7. By entering the free prize draw, you give us express permission to use your name and where you’re from (town/city only) if you’re one of our 10 winners (winners will be shown on our Beauty Awards website from Friday 13th October – sainsburys.co.uk/BeautyAwards)

8. No entry may contain unlawful, obscene or objectionable material.

9. The entrant agrees that Sainsbury's shall not be liable for any claims, costs, liabilities, damages, expenses and losses arising out of
(i) the entrant's participation in the competition;
(ii) technical failures of any kind including but not limited to problems or delays arising from software or equipment malfunctions or computer viruses;
(iii) any events outside Sainsbury's reasonable control. Nothing in this clause shall be construed to exclude or limit Sainsbury's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which by law cannot be excluded or limited.

10. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

11. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. The promoter of this prize draw is Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, 33 Charterhouse Street, London, EC1M 6HA
