Over 75 years ago, Mr Enno Onken had a dream to create delicious yogurt for his family and neighbours. First he thought, “current yogurt is too sour, what can I do to make it more tasty?” He discovered a wonderful blend of probiotic (bio) cultures that made his Onken yogurts mild and creamy. He realised this yogurt should be something people can enjoy for days and share with their loved ones! So using the best milk and bio cultures he could find, he put his tasty yogurt in big pots for everyone to enjoy.
