Mild and pleasant smell.Been using this for a few years as my husband and I both have scalp psoriasis. Love that this is mild and smells quite pleasant compared to most medicated shampoos which I also find to be too harsh on my scalp. I always follow it up with a fine hair shampoo as the only downside to this is that it's heavy and my fine hair just looks flat and lifeless after washing with just this. It definitely helps with the flaking and itching.

Love it!I’m genuinely thankful to have had the chance to try Head & Shoulders Derma X Pro Sensitive Care Anti-Dandruff Shampoo. I’ve always had a sensitive scalp and have tried various shampoos over the years, but very few have truly delivered the comfort and results I was hoping for.
From the first wash, I noticed my scalp felt calmer and less irritated, and within a week, the flakiness and dryness had noticeably reduced. The shampoo itself feels gentle yet effective—there’s no heavy residue, just a clean, refreshed feeling after every use. Even after a long day out and about (or after a busy day at home), my hair feels soft and healthy, with no itchy tightness. The subtle scent is pleasant and not overpowering, which is a bonus for sensitive skin.
Honestly, I wouldn’t have discovered how well this product worked for me if it weren’t for this trial, so I’m really grateful for the opportunity. I feel so much more comfortable and confident, and I’ll definitely be reaching for this shampoo in the future.
