Preparation and Safety

Look after it... To help make sure it lasts, sharpen a little and often with a Kitchen Devils sharpener - but remember serrated or scallop-edged knives shouldn't be sharpened! Use on wood or plastic surfaces, avoid metal, glass, stone or ceramic as your knives will blunt. It's best stored in a block or on a rack to prevent any accidents. You can put it in the dishwasher, but it's best to remove and dry it carefully as soon as the wash is over, to keep it in good condition.
