Cooking instructions: Oven
To oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place pigs in blankets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 25 minutes from chilled or 30 minutes from frozen, turning halfway through. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and all juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

When cooked some pinking may remain on the surface of the sausages due to being in contact with the bacon. This is a natural occurrence and completely safe.
This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
