Asian infusionI was pleasantly surprised by these Asian mix bags. The taste was like Thai green curry and with chicken and some sauce it would make a really great dish. The texture was soft and had a good consistency to it. I enjoyed the different range of vegetables it included and the portion was plenty.

AmazingAbsolutely brilliant weeknight lifesaver! 🙌

I love how fresh the vegetables always taste — crisp and colourful, not soggy at all. The sauce is beautifully balanced: just the right amount of savoury, sweet and gentle warmth, not overpowering like some ready meals can be. And steaming it means it’s light, healthy and so quick — ready in minutes, perfect when you’re busy but still want something tasty and good for you.

Great mix of veg too — plenty of variety and it feels like a proper meal rather than just a side. We’ve even added chicken or prawns sometimes and it works beautifully. Honestly, it’s become a regular in our freezer cupboard.

Would absolutely recommend — delicious, easy and great value! ✨

Ideal side dishPerfect side for any fish or meat dish. It had a nice flavour, however for the price of it I'd expect more bags of rice. It had a slighty unique taste that may not be for everyone. Though still a great side dish as part of a meal.

Healthy & Quick!!Very quick and easy, such a great way to sneak a bit of nutrition into a meal without having to cook a whole batch of rice and different veggies.
Absolutely brilliant for people who live on their own and aren’t cooking for a whole family.

Each pack comes with 2 bags.

The rice and veg itself surprised me as it was a lot fresher tasting than I thought. I loved the bamboo shoots in it, it was really nice and different than what other brands are providing with their microwave rices.

Flavour wise it was nice but not really “exciting” for me, it needed a bit more seasoning and slightly more flavour, it’s close but not quite there yet for me. I’d expect a bit more of an asian taste.

It lost a star from me as I didn’t really enjoy the milk in the product, i don’t think the dish needed it and it needs a bit more flavour. But it’s great for people who struggle with cooking or simply don’t want to yet they want to try healthy eating! :-)

Delicious flavour and fresh vegetablesReally delicious Asian flavours and perfectly cooked vegetables make this a really satisfying lunch on its own or as a dinner accompaniment- i served it with spicy chicken for dinner and didn’t need to add extra veggies because they’re all included with the rice! Sometimes frozen veg can be bland and disappointing but these are so fresh! Its easy to cook in the microwave and the portion size is great.

Surprised at the good qualityI was surprised with this rice. There was certainly a lot of flavour to it, and a good portion size. The rice looked fluffy and had a good colour, and tastes almost as fresh as freshly cooked rice. I was shocked! My only issue was the cooking time. It took a little longer than specified to ensure it was properly cooked. I think this would make a great accompaniment to a Chinese style curry, and will definitely try it with different recipes!

A bit blandEasy to prep and cook. I cooked on the hob rather than microwaving it. A good mix of ingredients and it looks appetising I just found it to be bland and lacking flavour, There wasn't much of an aroma to it. After adding my own flavours and it was quite nice. The portion size is pretty good, definitely enough for one person.
