Launched in 2008, our original recipe combines proper traditional juniper and citrus gin botanicals with the decidedly untraditional, improper notes of blueberries, blackcurrants and hawthorn berries, establishing Brockmans as a true disruptor in the world of gin. This uniquely smooth gin is perfect served over ice with a premium tonic and fresh blueberries, or enjoyed in an elegant cocktail that lets its bold character shine - such as a Brockmans Collins or Brockmans Bramble.

Brockmans, The Properly Improper Gin, was founded in 2008 by a small team of industry veterans determined to break away from gin's staid, traditional norms. Pioneering the New Western Style, Brockmans blends proper traditional juniper and citrus botanicals with the decidedly untraditional notes of dark berries, triple sec or Agave spirit, creating gins that are both intense and smooth, designed to be savoured neat over ice as much as in a classic cocktail.

Every element of the Brockmans identity, from its striking bottles to its ethos of ethical stewardship, reflects a brand that does things properly while never being afraid to break convention. In December 2023, Brockmans became a certified B Corporation, building on a sustainability journey that began with carbon footprint measurement in 2020 and now spans its full supply chain — including the 2024 launch of the lightest bottle in its competitive set to reduce transport and manufacturing emissions.
