Good vitaminsThe packaging is nothing special. The tablets themselves are small enough to swallow easily. The value for money is great as there is a couple month supply . No taste and the ingredients have all the vitamins you need to have a healthy life.

Exrra vitamins and mineralsThe bottle is easy to open. The tablets are on the larger side which for me made them a bit more difficult to take (altnough having with some milk helped).
There is no nasty taste.
Contain lots of vitamins and minerals to supplement diet.
Have only been using for a short while so not sure of full benefits but I do seem to be a little less tired.. time will tell.
Definately worth taking.

Packed full of vitamins, it's got to be good for oJust turning 50, everyone body needs a little help, trying these tablets was a great opportunity.
Packed full of multivitamin I tried these for 25 days. The blue tablet (1cm long) was easy to swallow and tasteless.
I took 1 every morning with breakfast.

I cannot say they did or did not help however, I did not get my seasonal cold that I get every year was soon as the weather turns slightly colder.

I will be purchasing again and looking for offers.

Great price.Honestly had to stop using them. Not a bad product. I have an allergy to something thats in them. Try them for yourself and decide. Disappointed as I was looking forward to using them.

Great supplement for the over 50'sI received this product in exchange for my honest review.
I was asked to trial the Centrum 50+ Adult multivitamin & mineral supplement. These blue tablets are quite big, but the shape makes them easy to swallow without any aftertaste. It is an easy to open screw top container.
I liked that this tablet contains your recommended daily allowance for all but a few of the supplements, its reassuring that you are getting it all in 1 tablet. I like that it contains minerals as well as vitamins.
They are specifically for the over 50's to help support immunity, bone strength, cognitive function & vitality.

Great feeling of well-being taking these vitaminsThese tablets provide essential vitamins and minerals that support heart health, brain function, and eye health, which are particularly important as we age. I appreciate the inclusion of B vitamins and antioxidants that help with energy levels and immune support. After a few weeks of consistent use, I have noticed a marked improvement in my overall well-being. My energy levels have increased, and I feel more alert and focused throughout the day. One big plus is thatI have experienced less tiredness.
The only negative for me is that the tablets are quite large so were not so easy for me to take, on the plus side though there is no nasty taste. These vitamins are definitely worth a try.
