Cooking instructions: Boil
Soak the contents for 30 minutes if possible. Wash in 2 changes of clean water. Boil lentils using enough water for 30 minutes. Add salt to taste. Boil these lentils to a consistency of soup.
Once opened, store in an airtight container, in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
