Our skilled Jimadores tirelessly harvest only the finest ripe agaves, which undergo a 100% natural fermentation process using wild, airborne yeasts from surrounding fruit trees. Aged for two months, this exceptional liquid develops a rich, seasonal warmth with distinct notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and smooth agave shining through. Vibrantly versatile and perfect for any occasion, whether you're pairing it with a feast of tacos or shaking up a classic cocktail, el Jimador brings the right vibe to every gathering. To mix up our signature Tommy's Margarita, simply shake 50ml el Jimador Reposado, 25ml fresh lime juice, and 20ml agave syrup with ice, strain into a glass with fresh ice, and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
