Preparation and Safety

How to Apply 1. Place support over knee ensuring smooth side faces the skin and the hole covers the knee cap. 2. While holding the support in place and stretching the leg, cross the two top straps (with brand logo) behind and above the knee and attach in front to the support. 3. Cross the two bottom straps under your knee and attach them to the support. Adjust tension to desired comfort and support. Directions - Wear during activities that lead to discomfort. Seek medical advice if in doubt about the injury - Only use on clean, intact skin. - The product should be applied as indicated. - Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted. - Avoid wearing over prolonged periods e.g. whilst sleeping
