Preparation and Safety

Directions: For full details, read and retain the enclosed patient information leaflet. Use twice daily as follows: Cleanse the affected and surrounding skin thoroughly with soap and warm water. Gently dry and apply a thin film of Freederm to cover this area.

Freederm gelHave been buying this for a couple of years, but it can be hard to find. It really zaps spots and heals quickly. Drys fast so you can put moisturiser and or foundation over the top. You only need a tiny bit.
Was really glad when it popped up as a suggestion on the Sainsbury’s app.
