Try air Fryer spiced chicken and chorizo rice in Kohinoor Balti sauce with red onion and coriander.Wash 240g of rice until the water runs clear. Remove the paddle from the bowl, put the rice in with 200ml of water. Using the Multicook function, select the 'STEAM' programme and begin cooking the rice for 10 minutes (auto temperature). Whilst the rice cooks, begin prepping your onions and chicken by cutting into squares, and dice the chorizo. After 10 minutes, pour the Balti mix into the bowl, select the 'RISOTTO' setting and cook for a further 3 minutes - click the 'STIR' function. Pour the cooked rice into a separate bowl. Do not wash the bowl as the Kohinoor Balti flavouring will be used as seasoning for the chicken. Using the SAUTE function, add the diced onions and chorizo and cook until done (approx. 4 minutes). In the same bowl, add the chicken and using the 'AIR FRY' function, air fry the chicken and chorizo for a further 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked thoroughly. Pour the rice back into the bowl and mix until well combined. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with poppadoms and mint sauce.
