Cooking instructions: Steam
Place the Buo Buns in a steamer and steam for about 8-10 mins until fully cooked. This is the best cooking method to ensure the bao bun retains its delicate texture and flavour. Alternative Steaming If you don't have a steamer, use a colander lined with greaseproof paper over a pan of simmering water. Cover and steam for 8-10 mins until cooked.
Cooking instructions: Microwave
Place either 1 or 2 Bao Buns on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave on high for 1 min for 1 Bao Bun or 2 mins for 2 Bao Buns (800W) until product is fully heated.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not re-freeze.
