Serving Suggestion: Enjoy your cauli cheese rostis golden from the oven or serve with salad, tomatoes & avocado for a light lunch. Good for brunch, lunch or dinner - whatever the day calls for.

Check food is piping hot before serving. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Cooking instructions: Oven cook

1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C / 200°C Fan / Gas Mark 7. 2. Remove from packaging & place rostis on a lined baking tray. 3. Cook in a pre-heated oven for 20-22 minutes, turning once 5 minutes before the end of cooking. 4. Cook until crisp and golden. Do not overcook.

Cooking instructions: Air Fry

1. Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. 2. Place the rostis in the basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in the air fryer. 3. Cook for 14-16 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
