Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging. Gently heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry lardons over a medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
