All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Caution Beware of escaping steam when removing the lid or foil or opening the pouch. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas 6, 55 mins For best results, cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Empty the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish or foil tray. Cover with a lid or foil and cook in the middle of a preheated oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes carefully remove from the oven. Stir, and place back in the oven without a lid or foil and cook for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Using two forks, pull the pork apart and coat in the sauce before serving.
Cooking instructions: Microwave
800 w, 14 mins For best results, cook from frozen. Place the pouch into a microwavable dish and snip off the corner of the pouch. Cook on full power for 7 minutes. Remove from the microwave and shake gently before heating for a further 7 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes. Shake the pouch before carefully pouring out the contents. Using two forks, pull the pork apart and coat in the sauce before serving.
