Good value productI bought the Russell Hobbs toaster from my local store and , as always, the service was polite and prompt.
The product works well, although my previous toaster had a shelf built in over the top to provide a warm parking place while I'm preparing meals, but this model does not. Other topics satisfactory.

Good ToasterVery happy with the toaster, toasts evenly both sides. Easy and quick to wipe the exterior, crumbs don't stick to it like my previous one. Design same as kettle.

NO GOODToo narrow for some cut loaf slices and, WORSE, when lever pressed down it jumps up immediately instead of when bread toasted. NOT A GOOD BUY AT ALL !
