To barbecue: Place one slice on a thoroughly cooked burger. Heat until the cheese has started to melt over the edges of the burger.

To grill: Preheat grill to a medium heat. Place one slice on a thoroughly cooked burger. Place under the grill for approx. 2 minutes until the cheese has started to melt over the edges of the burger.
