This product is ready to eat once defrosted, but can also be heated in the oven. Oven heat from frozen. Before heating: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging, including card from base. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven heat from frozen 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 30 mins
