with roasted Sicilian pistachio paste and brown butter chocolate crumb
Try with - Raspberry Compote

Crafted by a second-generation Italian pâtisserie near Bologna, this cheesecake blends roasted Sicilian pistachio paste into a rich, velvety batter. A brown butter chocolate crumb adds depth and contrast to the nutty profile. It’s finished with an intense pistachio and white chocolate ganache, then decorated with chopped pistachios and white chocolate curls. A true celebration of some of the world’s finest pistachios.
