Product served in lobster shell, which has sharp edges; take care when eating. For convenience, these lobster tails have been prepared in such a way as to ensure the lobster meat may be removed from the shell as easily as possible.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film and divider. Place a garlic and herb melt on top of each lobster tail. Place the foil tray directly onto the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Baste halfway through cooking. After cooking: To serve, drizzle with garlic and herb melt from the tray. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cooked from chilled 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6 30 mins
