Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from frozen. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Heat 10ml oil in a large frying pan. Once oil is hot add the prawns. During cooking: Pan fry for 3 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Then add 10ml of water to the pan, cover with a lid and cook for a further 2 minutes. Then remove the lid, turn the prawns over and cook for a further minute. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry from frozen Moderate heat 6 mins
