To heat on the hob. Before heating: Empty contents into a saucepan. During heating: Heat on a moderate heat for 4 mins. Stir continuously. After heating: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. Before heating: Undo lid and replace loosely. During heating: Heat on full power for 4 mins 30 secs (800W) or 4 mins (900W). Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
