Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set the sachet aside. Place the parcels on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook the product for 1 hour. Remove from the oven (take care as cooking juices may have been produced) and squeeze an even amount of glaze from the sachet over each parcel. Return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Remove from the oven. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving, remove the string before serving. Oven cook from chilled 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 1 hour 5 mins
Warnings:
Don't wash raw turkey.
This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat.
Keep raw meat and sachet separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use.
Wash hands after handling raw meat and sachet. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear.
If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain.
When cooked some pinking may remain on the surface of the turkey due to being in contact with the bacon. This is a natural occurrence and completely safe.
