Cooking instructions: Microwave
Before heating: Squeeze the pouch to separate the contents. Tear or cut open the top of the pouch by about 2cm. Place the pouch upright on a microwaveable plate. After heating: Leave to stand for 1 minute. Remove the pouch from microwave. Check food is piping hot. Take care when handling the heated pouch. Tear pouch open fully to allow steam to escape.
