INGREDIENTS: British Pork (88%), Water, Salt, Dextrose, Stabiliser: Triphosphates; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate; Preservatives: Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite.
Cooking instructions: Oven
To oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Remove all packaging. Place joint in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil. Place in the middle of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 3 hours 30 mins. Remove foil for the last 30 mins of cooking. After cooking: Leave to stand for 5-10mins mins before carving. Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
Warnings:
This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 1 day and do not exceed the use by date.
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
