To pan fry and oven cooked from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place butter melt to one side. Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the pork. During cooking: Pan fry on the fat edge for 2 minutes before frying for 4 minutes, turning halfway. Place pork on a foil lined baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook a further 26 minutes in the oven, turning halfway and adding butter melt.
