Our red mullet is caught by boats fishing along the Devon and Cornwall coastline, then carefully prepared by our skilled fishmongers and vacuum packed to preserve its quality. Supplied as butterfly fillets with the skin on, they’re ready to cook and perfect for creating restaurant-quality dishes at home.

We advise customers that our Red Mullet is delivered “filleted” rather than “pin-boned”. Red mullet are relatively small and delicate, so removing every pin bone can damage the flesh.
