Perfect with lean turkey meatballs. Blend turkey mince, breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, chilli paste and seasoning. Roll into meatballs and fry. Add aubergine, smoked paprika, then the heated rice. Add vegetable stock and spinach, then serve. Or for a tasty vegetarian version saute onion, mushrooms and garlic. Add to a food processor with rice, flour, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Blend, then form into balls.
