Ashwagandha can help support relaxation, mental & physical wellbeing Root extract equivalent to 6000mg ashwagandha per tablet Ashwagandha, or Withania somnifera is a small shrub with yellow flowers. It has been used for centuries for its many properties and is known to support relaxation, mental and physical wellbeing. Ultra Ashwagandha Premium Root Extract provides the equivalent of 6,000mg of whole Ashwagandha in every tablet, providing 42mg of the active component, called Withanolides, per tablet. With the additional benefit of vitamin B6 Ultra Ashwagandha is specially formulated with vitamin B6 which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal psychological function.
